I really love to eat hot corns. I like to eat it many ways, such as eat a hot corn cob that is grilled in char coal and then rub sliced lemon and black salt on it. This way is very common to consume and I really enjoy it. The second way to make hot corn chat with spices, and the third way is to boiled and fried corn chat with butter.

Ingredients:
- Corn 1 cup (boiled)
- Potato 1 large (boiled)
- Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
- Green chillies 2 pcs.
- Cucumber 1 small (finely chopped)
- Ginger 1/4 teaspoon (finely chopped)
- Lemon 1/2
- Coriander leaves
- Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Black salt as per need
- Chat masala powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter (optional)
How to prepare sweet corn potato masala chaat
- Wash corn kernels under running water. Boil the corn kernels in a pot filled with water.
- After boiling, drain water completely. If you are using tender corn, you can alternatively steam the corn to retain nutrients.

3. Add all the ingredients and mix it well. You can also toss it for properly mix.
