10 simple and effective home remedies

1. HONEY
Benefits: Honey is a chemical-free, natural substance, rich in vitamins and minerals that benefit your skin.
Directions: Take one spoon of pure honey and apply it all over your face in circular motions with your fingertips. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, rinse and pat dry.
2. LEMON JUICE
Benefits: Lemon juice is a natural astringent and a rich source of Vitamin C. It can be apply for all types of skin.
Directions: Cut a lemon in half, and squeeze it into a bowl. Take an ear-bud, dab it into the lemon juice, and apply it directly onto your pimples and problem areas. Apply it 2-3 times a day for faster results.
3. TOOTHPASTE
Benefits: Toothpaste contains Triclosan and Fluoride, that helps dry out pimples. It helps to remove pimples instantly.
Directions: Take a pea sized amount of white, non-gel toothpaste (only white toothpaste will work), and apply directly on the zit. I prefer to use Colgate toothpaste . Make sure your face is clean before applying, and use a moisturiser to prevent over-drying.
4. Baking soda
Benefits: Sodium Bicarbonate is a mild antiseptic, helps dry excess oil, and is a great exfoliant.
Directions: Mix equal parts baking soda and water and mix till it forms a thick paste. Apply onto problem areas, rubbing in circular motions for about a minute, and leave it to dry for about 15 minutes. And then rinse with luke warm water and pat dry.
5. POTATO
Benefits: Potatoes contain potassium, chloride, phosphorous, and sulphur, that can help reduce acne and blemishes.
Directions: Grate one raw potato and squeeze its juice out onto a plate. Without letting the liquid sit for too long, take a cotton ball and dab into the juice and apply on your face. Leave it on for about 10 minutes, rinse and pat dry.
6. ASPIRIN TABLET
Benefits: Aspirin (or any mild painkiller), has anti-inflammatory properties which can reduce acne swelling and redness.
Directions: For direct spot treatment, take one Aspirin tablet and crush it in a bowl. Put a few drops of water to form a paste. Apply this directly onto the affected area with an ear-bud and repeat 2-3 times a day for faster results.
7. CINNAMON WITH HONEY
Benefits: Cinnamon has antimicrobial properties that can nip acne at the bud.
Directions: Mix one part cinnamon powder and two parts honey, and apply this paste directly on to your problem area, and leave on for about 15 minutes. Rinse off and pat dry.
8. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

9. PAPAYA
Benefits: Papaya removes dead skin cells and excess lipids from your skin’s surface.
Directions: Scoop out a tablespoon of (preferably raw) papaya and mash until it forms a paste. Apply the paste directly onto your problem area and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Rinse off and pat dry.
10. CLOVE OIL
Benefits: Clove contains a natural antiseptic—eugenol, which is a super cure for acne-related troubles.
Directions: For direct spot treatment take a pinch of clove oil in an ear-bud and apply directly on the pimple. Since clove oil is extremely potent, diluting it with coconut oil is advisable if the clove stings too much. Minor sting is normal. Repeat 2-3 times a day for faster results.
