How to Prepare Mutton Kofta Pulao Recipe at Home Step By Step?


Mutton Kofta Pulao is usually includes in main menu of meals. This is a perfect meal for any occasion. We can make this food in any festivals, Birthday parties and any other special occasions. It is very very easy to cook within 45 minutes. And really it's give us wonderful taste in our tongue. And makes our mood awesome after eat it.

Ingredients:

For Kofta:
  • Mutton 750gms
  •  oil 200gms
  • 5 Green chillies
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Garam Masala (powdered)
  • Chana besan 50gms
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt add to taste
For Pulao:
  • Basmati Rice
  • 2 Tablespoon oil or ghee
  • 1 Large Onion finely chopped in slices
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 4 cardomams
  • 4 Cloves
  • 1 Small stick Cinnamon
  • Cumin and Black pepper corn in small quantity.
  • Boiled water double of Rice.
  • 1 teaspoon Rose water 
  • Kesar Food colour (Zafrani colour)
  • Salt as per requirement.
   
 

Now, let's start to prepare today's special recipe 'The Mutton Kofta Pulao Recipe'.

Step 1:  Cut the mutton stock in Small pieces and then blend it by using blender.

Step 2 : Add on it  chopped green chillies,ginger paste,garlic paste,oil,garam masala powder, chana besan, coriander leaves, broken eggs, and salt according to taste. Mix it well.

Step 3:  Make small balls which is prepared in step 2.

Step 4 : Take a Kadhai.  Heat oil very well.

Step 5: Pour the prepared mutton balls into the kadhai and fry it to medium to high flame untill it's turn into brown in colour. Now the Mutton kofta is ready to use.


Step 6:  Take a large vessel. Add on it 2 tablespoon oil or Ghee. Heat oil nicely.

Step 7: After that add chopped slices onion and stir it well until the onion turn into brown in colour. Then take out it and keep in side.




Step 8:  In a same vessel. Add cardomams, cloves, cinnamon,cumin, black pepper corns, and bay leaves. Stir it well for 1 mint. 



Step 9: After that add washed basmati rice and fry it for 3 minutes stir it very well.


Step 10 : Then quickly add boiled water which is must be double of Rice and salt as per taste. Cover it with lid for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes open the lid and add the prepared mutton koftas on it and stir it very well. Then off the flame and add 1 teaspoon rose water.




Step 11: At last garnish with pinch of kesar food colour, and brown onion which is prepared in step 7.
